If you are a self-starter with a positive attitude this position is for YOU Maintenance Technicians assignments include but are not limited to work orders, make ready and turning apartments, maintaining property grounds, responsible for the diagnosis of problems and repair in areas such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and dry walling, providing excellent customer service to our residents, working as a part of a team, performing emergency maintenance calls when on-call, and any other functions the Property Manager requests. Maintenance Technicians qualifications two years or more background in apartment maintenance, boiler license general knowledge of plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and electrical, communication expertise both verbal and written, provide your own tools.
